Double Bedroom

Up for rent is my double bedroom in my semi detached house in brixington on langstone drive, im the owner of the property im 32 and I live there currently with two lodgers I rarely see!, im a very friendly sociable professional who works full time. The room comes with a big wardrobe, chester draws a double bed and bedside table. Anything else you might need or don't need can be put in/taken out and I'm a carpenter so have a van and am happy to help you move stuff. I have an ensuite which I use so you'd be sharing the bathroom with two others, it's quite nice in there with a very powerful shower.
I recently installed a wood burner downstairs which is really nice in the winters when it gets cold. I have a big garden out the back thats great in the summer for bbq's etc (which I'm currently in the process of doing up!) with very nice views of exmouth and beyond.
I also have super fast 40mb fibre broadband. There's ample parking on the road outside and local shops (inc a Tesco express and fuel) just a short walk from the house, there's also a big park a stones throw away and also a local pub close to the shops.
At the end of my road there's a bus stop with regular buses into Exmouth Exeter, Budleigh etc.
