Sunny Double Room In Big House

We live in a rather tumble-down old house which will obviously NOT be to everyone's tastes, but it is very homely! We are looking for a housemate to occupy our 4th bedroom, which is a generously sized, sunny, double-room that is carpeted, furnished, and has a TV. We have a few well-behaved animals (2 dogs, 2 house rabbits, 1 cat) and two of us are folk musicians who have band practice at home on a Tuesday night. There are two communal bathrooms (one has a shower, the other a bath) and a communal kitchen. Out the back there is a covered deck area plus smallish garden and out the front is another small garden with a bench and fishpond. We also have an allotment on Hamilton lane which you are welcome to share if you are interested in gardening. Our current lodger is moving out on Fri 10th April, so the room will be free for someone to move in any time from 11th April.
