Large furnished room in detached house with large gardens, large garage and private parking for 4 cars. 10 minute walk from town centre and rail station and close to Phear Park. 5 minute walk to shops. Well decorated, newly carpeted and furnished etc. Shared kitchen, ultra high speed broadband and wifi, laundry room with 2 washers and 2 driers and 2 additional freezers. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, Downstairs WC. Kitchen has electric cooker, 900w microwave and all crockery utensils etc. 3 fridges and freezer, Alexa. All bills are included. All sharers are working, mostly long hours and weekends and as two of us are often away it's not so busy. The room is large, double aspect room with double bed, and large living space. There is a cat and 2 well behaved dogs in the house. We have secure parking via gated private driveway, large garage and lots of storage. The house is secluded and in a quiet area 10 mins walk to town, trains, buses, shops, park and swimming pool. We are a married couple and the two other tenants are females.
