The room has a small double bed, wardrobe, drawers, tv wall bracket, full length mirror. There is use of a shared bathroom, lounge/diner, kitchen and sunny garden, wifi. I also have off road parking.
All bills are included. There is a bus service very nearby to Exmouth Town and Exeter.
Would ideally suit a full time student or professional person
