Spacious, sunny double room in Exmouth

This room is very spacious and has a southerly aspect, so is lovely and sunny. It is furnished (see pics) and has its own microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster.

The house is in a quiet location, with a bus stop a 2 min walk from the house. Easy level access to the town, train station, and estuary (each about a 10 min walk away). There is no allocated parking space, but street parking is free.

The rent includes the costs of TV licence, wifi, unlimited broadband, gas, electricity, water and council tax. There are two shared bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath) a lounge and large kitchen.

There are quite a few of us living here, 3 humans, 3 dogs (2 small, one medium in size), a cat, and a rabbit who shares the cat flap with the other animals. The 3 humans living here are all all pretty quiet and like their own space, and we would prefer the 4th human joining us to be similarly minded.

We will expect to see up front some evidence that you have the funds to pay the rent (e. g. contract of employment or recent bank statement).
