Hey! We have a room available in our easy going house from NOW!
It's a 3 bedroom property with two other males, one a software engineer (mid 20s) and the other an engineer (early 30s). The house shares the same front door with another two bedroom house (extension to original house) which is currently occupied by a female (30s)who also works in engineering!
The room is a light, airy double furnished etc.
Great chippy at the end of the road, Tesco Metro and local pub 5 mins walk away and 15 mins walk from city centre. St David's station 8-10 mins walk away.
Patio, garden and parking available.
Relaxed and quiet-friendly. Would suit young professional, non-DSS, easy going, clean! Must be employed.
Includes all bills inc. broadband.
Smokers welcome but this is confined to outside only.
