Double En-suite available in Barn conversion

Ideally I'd love to meet a female friend with whom I can share good conversation and possibly a glass or two of wine and a giggle.
I will not rule out everything else, I'm happy to look at anybody individually as you never know what can work until you try.
I work hard all week as a medical secretary, I have a 7year old daughter and x2pugs. We left Berkshire just over a year ago to start a new life in the country and when I saw this little 3double bedroom barn conversion and could not resist.. We love it and would like to invite someone to come and share this pretty little place with us.
We are very chilled out and bubbly people, we are only home at night and at the weekends.. So we would most certainly not be on top of each other.
I am offering the en-suite as it makes sense that my daughter and I have the family bathroom in order to give our future house mate some private space.
We are apprx 10mins from Exeter, 5mins from Woodbury, 5mins from the airport, 15mins from Exmouth & Budleigh.
It is very rural here so be better if you could drive but if not then you can take buses from the bus stop which is 10mins walk up a country lane.
