There is off road parking, it's a 15 minute drive from M5/Exeter and its only a 5 minute walk from the train station, which is along the Exeter to London Waterloo line. Things that are included in the property are broadband, central heating, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, etc. Non smoker, pets live at property.
