Room to let in Hemyock

Spacious two bed house in the quite village/town Hemyock, room to let is a med size room, with new bed, has a wardrobe and chest of draws. shared living room and kitchen/dining room, bathroom bath and shower. off road parking, central heating. large back garden. Looking for a female preferably ( due to my son whos stays with me occasionally ), person must be working, clean and tidy would be good, but were not all perfect.
Person must be working and provide a reference, perhaps from employer, not after short term.
don't mind a smoker, but No smoking inside, must go outside or i have a shed. Hemyock is a lovely quite place with some lovely scenery, local shop and post office, very nice local pub.
all bills are included inc internet.
