Honiton - character cottage

Comfortable double room in character cottage. Ideally situated in quiet pedestrian lane just off the high street, so handy access to shops, station etc.
EDDC permit car parks situated nearby.
Although listed as house share, landlord will be abroad for the rental duration, hence bills exclusive. (I have found them very reasonable so far!)
The cottage is very light and welcoming. It consists of a spacious through lounge, good sized kitchen and bathroom with power shower. The bedroom to rent has wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and a desk. The property has gas central heating, washing machine and is fully furnished including kitchen equipment.
I am looking for someone who will treat the cottage as their home in my absence and enjoy it as much as I do!
