I’m looking for a tidy and considerate person to share my home with myself and one other lodger. If you like the idea of coming back from work to a spacious, relaxing, comfortable home with stunning countryside views, please get in touch. The large double sitting room has a big flat screen TV and is comfortable. If you are interested in running or cycling or hiking then the house has perfect access on to the Moors for all these activities. It's a 15 minute walk from the house onto the open Moors and a beautiful panorama of some great Tors. I often go out to Pew Tor to watch the sunset in the Autumn. The garden requires reasonable mobility if you are to fully enjoy it because it is in four levels. That said, the salmon river at the bottom of the garden is the perfect place to have a cup of coffee if you want some peace and tranquility. At weekends an early morning cuppa down there is a wonderful way to relax. I've got a piano and if you'd like to use it we can come to some arrangement on access. Bikes and other outdoor kit can be kept in my garage although there is limited room. All in all this is a great place to live if you want to escape the noise and fracas of Plymouth. The charming market town of Tavistock is only 10minutes away by car and there are coffe shops and a great indoor market as well as the regular shops for all your normal needs.
