Luxury Houseshare Ilfracombe Harbour

This is a lovely houseshare in the harbour area of Ilfracombe within easy walking distance of the seafront, quayside and loads of great restaurants.

The house is spacious and recently modernised. In total there are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each with a bath & separate shower), large modern open plan living/dining/kitchen area, utility room, ground floor WC & shower room and a small outside terrace area. We have superfast broadband. All bills are included.

I work in law & finance in the music business and split my time between Ilfracombe and London. Other housemate is a coastguard.

I am looking for a housemate who is in full time work or doing vocational study/training and prefer to share with someone who is quite well travelled.

Ideally I'd like another girl in the house but a really tidy guy would be okay.

One last thing, I have a dog, a large German Shepherd. He's very friendly and generally well behaved but if you're not used to large dogs this isn't the houseshare for you.
