Lovely room in quiet area but close to town

Hi,

My fiancee and I are looking to rent out one of our two spare rooms. The house is situated in a tucked-away residential street in Ilfracombe, but is amazingly close to all the High Street amenities (literally a stone's throw!). This fantastic location means it is nice and quiet. The Sea Front is just a 3-minute stroll down the hill.

There is a large lounge/dining room with Sky TV (inc. Sky Sports). Free wifi is available throughout the house. The kitchen is also downstairs, with a large fridge/freezer, plenty of cupboard space, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Outside is a decked patio area which is a nice sun trap.

We have two lovely bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, sink and one with a bath. So there is no problem queueing in the mornings!

The room has a full-size double bed, fitted double wardrobes, fitted drawers and storage unit for your TV/DVD player etc. We've even fitted a brand new carpet and decorated the room for you. :-)

We are a friendly young professional couple and have one housemate at present, another professional guy in his twenties. We've both lived here all our lives, so can give you plenty of handy hints if you are new to the area.

The house is 3 stories with 4 bedrooms so it is very spacious and will not be cramped in the slightest.
