Lodger wanted in lovely house situated in Ivybridge. £350/pcm with all bills included.
Room for rent is single, full furnished with a bed, double wardrobe, an extra mattress if required and blackout blinds; there is room for a small desk if necessary. Lodger will have access to shared: bathroom, living room, kitchen, garden and shed- plenty of space for a bicycle/surfboard etc. There is also ample room in the attic should you need it. There is also space on the driveway for a car/motorbike.

Lodging will be with a young, professional couple and one other professional. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in Ivybridge, 15 minutes by car to Plymouth City Centre. There is a large Tesco Extra close by (5 mins by car) and an open park a 2 min walk away.

Lodger will be expected to help with weekly household chores, such as helping clean communal areas and maintaining a clean and tidy house.

A deposit of one months rent will be required before moving in and will be put in a Deposit Protection Scheme.
