I have a double room available mon-fri in a lovely house in Kennford, which is 10 minutes out of the centre of town by car. Good bus links in/out and a couple of village pubs!
The house is three bed, 2 bathroom with a huge woodburner which I'm looking forward to lighting up in the winter! An en-suite might happen at some point but I've only just moved in!
I am looking to rent to a trustworthy personable, considerate professional who will be respectful of my home and possessions.
I would consider occasional weekend stays but this would be subject to negotiation and additional rent.
I am self employed and work on a contract basis, currently in Cornwall. Just to let you know I do have a house rabbit who is caged when I'm not around but he's very sweet natured.
