I'm looking for someone to share full use of my mothers bungalow, (I don't live there, but she does) with her. Your room is a double. The house is on a main bus route into Newton Abbot bus station. It has a very safe, high fenced garden.
The lady you'd be sharing with is professional, in accounting, currently with the NHS. She's a non-smoker. The rent is £100. 00 per week (plus bills)
The house is not far from the A38 or A380 making Exeter 20mins away.
Anything else you need to know, just ring. Sorry, but no DHSS or benefits.
