This is a nice single room (dimensions 9'7" by 6'8" or 2. 9m 2. 0m) on the first floor at the front of the house. It is bright, clean and modern, with clear views across the town. It is furnished with a metal framed bed and comfortable quality mattress, with underbed storage, canvas wardrobe and a set of drawers. There is also the option of moving to a much larger room in the house when one becomes available.

It is within a large Victorian semi-detached house that is ideally located for the town as it is only five minutes walk away. It is situated on Torquay Road/Hilton Road, near the old hospital. There is parking for a car or two and for a motorbike. On street parking is also available. It has a paved courtyard which is bright and sunny.

There is a shared kitchen and living room and a shared bathroom along with two toilets. The other people living there are nice and friendly. There is also the option to move to a larger double room within the house when somebody moves out. References are required & it is suitable for a working person only.
