* Situated in Northam near Bideford, very close to bus for routes into Bideford or Barnstaple, and close walking distance to Appledore or westward Ho!
* I’m a live out landlord but am sometimes around as I live next door, enjoy the gym, running, walking, surfing and a few pints down the pub occasionally.
* Male or female applicants welcome must be clean and tidy and respectful!
* The house is fully furnished, has central heating throughout, underfloor heating in the kitchen, fully equipped kitchen, log burners, big dining table, comfy sofas and all sorf furnishings.
* Use of kitchen/dinner room, lounge and lawned garden. There is not allocated parking but free parking on the street outside
