Petrockstow is a lovely village with a very active community. The small village has a busy public house that does good pub grub, a village hall, a cricket team and there are often other activities to get involved in. It is easily commutable distance to Exeter, Okehampton and Barnstaple. The cottage has two bedrooms, dining room, sittingroom kitchen and bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a dual fuel cooker and is well equipped. Parking for a car is usually available off road outside the cottage.
