I am looking for a someone to house share and there is a double bedroom available in my new build property that I recently took ownership of. The house is on a new estate just 15 minutes from Exeter. It is on a bus route. It has 2 large bedrooms, easily enough room for a double bed and furniture with room to spare. The room is not yet furnished but this can be arranged. There is a bath with a shower which would be shared, but also a second toilet downstairs. The kitchen is again spacious and has a gas hob and electric oven. There is a nice reasonably sized garden at the rear. It also has 50mb fibre optic broadband. On street parking is available.
I am asking for £400 per month with bills included.
