Large Double Room In Family Home

One Double Room in a family home, internet is avaliable, must be dog friendly as we have a large friendly dog.

All bills are included apart from food.
One very large room includes, desk, two lamps, chester draws, a corner bath, large wardrobe, freeview, 32inch HD tv. Bedding can be supplied if needed.

Smokers are welcome but must smoke outside in the courtyard.

The house is on Beaumont Road and a 10/15 minute walk from the University. Bus Stop 50 foot from the front door. There is parking but it is on the street first come first served basis.

Couples are welcome but there will be an extra £30 a month to cover extra water and electricity.

One Months Rent in advance.

The pictures really don't do this room justice, it's very large! Must see it, freshly decorated.

The room is occupied until 1st of July but viewings welcome now.

Current pictures include the way the current lodger has set out the room and obviously contains some of his belongings.
