2 rooms in spacious house, near town centre

I have two double rooms for two new lodgers available in a 3 bedroom house, to share with me (owner).

The house is in easy walking distance of the University and Plymouth College of Art. There is parking on the road outside, and local shop over the road.
There is a lounge with cable T. V. The kitchen/diner is spacious, has gas hob, elec cooker, dishwasher. Washing machine. There is a courtyard garden with table and washing line.
All bills are included (electric, gas, TV, internet, council tax, water rates, etc..)
I’m looking for two tenants who are easy going and considerate of others. I’m busy working mornings and evenings so I'm out of the way quite a lot; I’d like lodgers who don’t mind helping to keep the house tidy and feeding the cats.
Deposit is one months rent plus one months rent payable in advance (short lets considered). No DSS, sorry.
