Huge furnished double, close to uni, mutley etc!!

Hi there,

I'm offering my room in a 5 bed student property! The room is available from the 25th May and the contract is until July 2013 however it is possible to extend this for next year aswell and the Landlords offer discounted summer rent if you do this!

Lovely house with lovely flat mates who are between 19 and 22 years old, all students on various courses. Nice sociable housemates and very close to Uni (5 minutes) Mutley, the train station and North Hill. The room is a massive furnished double with large bay windows so light and airy and in addition to a double bed etc has a tv aerial point and a two seater sofa. There is also a tv in the communal area. Rent is £89 per week and includes all bills and internet.

Professionals are welcome but would be paying the council tax on top of the rent which is normal anyway. Also sorry but no DSS.

Viewings are available with the landlords!
