Bright and Airy Double Room in Professional House

I currently have a furnished double room available from 14th June 2022 in a quiet, very well-run house with all bills included in the rent. It is a shared house aimed at individual mature people or mature students in the Lipson/St Judes area, 10 mins walk from Plymouth City Centre. The current tenants are 1 female and 2 males. 2 of them have been resident for 4 and 5 years respectively. Their occupations are Marine Security Analyst, Theatre Worker & Warehouse Manager. They would be happy to meet prospective tenants and give their opinion on both the house, landlord and management. All bills are included including high-speed Virgin cable wireless broadband.

The house is a 2 storey terraced house equipped with a range of solid wooden furniture and other quality furnishings to compliment the house. There is a separate lounge for tenants to relax in. The kitchen and utility area are equipped with modern hob and gas cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, fridge and separate freezer and there is a decent sized patio area with picnic table, which is a sun-trap in Summer. There is a recently redecorated downstairs shower-room with shower, basin and WC, as well as an upstairs bathroom, with shower, bath, basin and wc. The facilities are shared between only 4 people in total, so there is plenty of space for all.

Room 3: £395 per month. The Deposit is 1 month's rent. The room is bright and airy and is situated on the 1st floor floor at the rear of the property. It has the added benefit of a vanity unit with basin, mirror and shaving light over. There is a small double (4' size) leather ottoman bed with lift up under-bed storage and a recent good quality mattress. The room has a wardrobe, chair, desk/dressing table, stool, bedside table and lamps. A chest of drawers is also available should that be required. It is clean, has a radiator and recently fitted upvc double glazing. The door is lockable. Further storage is available in a loft space.

All bills are included in the rent (electricity, gas, wifi internet, council tax, water rates, TV license, cleaner etc.).

I am looking for working people or quiet and considerate later year undergraduate or post graduate students who would like to live in a quiet environment. They must be very considerate to the other tenants and the house.

Deposit is one months rent and minimum contract length is 6 months. No couples, smokers, children or pets I'm afraid. Online credit/ID/previous landlord checks will be undertaken at the Landlord’s expense.
