It is located in the Stoke/Devonport area so is ideal for access to town, torpoint ferry, and all bus routes around the city. The room has a lot of storage, has a high ceiling and has great views over Devonport. There is free street parking available. The price includes all bills including council tax, use of Sky +HD TV and Wifi. Other rooms in the house: Master bedroom (occupied by myself), sitting room, large bathroom with seperate shower and bath, kitchen and dining room. There is a patio area out the back with access to the street behind.

You will be sharing the house with one other male young professional. No smoking or anti-social hours kept or wanted. House is kept immaculate and you MUST be able and willing to clean up after yourself and to look after my house. References essential!!! Have had a bad experience with a previous tennant so only apply if you can meet my needs.

I am not a nasty person as I may sound here, (I have a girlfriend, go to the gym and play rugby), I am a normal person and just want a nice normal person to live with me who can look after themselves and my place like an adult.
