Large period property in Peverell

I am a single mum looking for a sensible, clean tidy straight couple or single female as lodger(s). I have a large spare double bedroom that can easily accommodate couples or a professional single person. If rented to a single person I would prefer a female tenant to share my busy family home with my 3 children aged 4, 8 and 13 years. I work part-time and spend plenty of time out the house but evenings are busy and lively. We are a noisy, friendly bunch and the potential lodger must like and enjoy young children. Dont worry, baby sitting duties are not compulsory!!!

The house is massive and you will have your own bathroom and separate lounge. We all share the kitchen which is also large, with a dining table and sofa. This is the hub of the house. All is normally quiet by 8 pm.!!!!

On street parking is usually easy to find very close by.

I would prefer a quiet couple for which the rate will be £550 per month. A single rate will be £400 all fully inclusive. Look forward to hearing from you.
