Hi there! Due to one of our housemates going on placement we're looking for a new housemate.
We are 5 girls and two guys, all third years, all doing different courses.
Quiet street, Three bathrooms, two showers, living room with widescreen TV and PLENTY of fridge space. Two ovens with two sets of gas hobs. Courtyard/garden.
We're a 10 minute walk from the uni, 5 minuets from a co-op and on the other side a Tesco.
Available on street parking (residents permit required)
All bills included except TV license. (We split it 8 ways)
The room is on the second floor.
