Sharing with two others you have a large lounge diner with large kitchen and bathroom, and a courtyard outside for the sunny days :)

Also included is wireless broadband, freeview and council tax. Utility bills are really reasonable and are split between house when they come in.
Very close to town about 5mins walk to Drakes (depending on how long your legs are) at the end of Ebrington Street.

Ideally we are looking for a friendly relaxed professional person for a minimum of 6 months if that sounds like you get in touch to arrange a viewing.
