I have a spare double room which is available to rent, it would suit a young professional or a mature student. I live in a newly built 2 bed house, it is only a 5 min drive from the Dockyard and is close to Central Park.
I'm very chilled out, I work Mon-Fri and in my spare time like to watch films, play Xbox, listen to music, play guitar etc etc!
