House presently occupied by 3 males but household used to a mix and would welcome male or female housemates

Present occupants in twenties and thirties looking for similar working or mature student housemate who wants a happy peaceful comfortable tidy clean homelife. Housemates have different work patterns but try to spend time together. Games evenings are held in the house twice a week.

All bed linen/ towels etc provided if required

Neutral decor throughout house.
The house is in Melbourne Street just minutes from the university, station, Sainsbury's and city centre
This house is kept in good repair with rapid response if anything goes wrong

HOUSE
There are 4 bedrooms in total. There are 2 bathrooms, a lounge with leather sofas and a large TV, a very small yard with table/chairs bike cover and BBQ , a kitchen with table and chairs and all crockery pans etc, washer dryer, gas central heating and double glazing.
Each person has their own shelf in the fridge and in the freezer and cupboard space in the kitchen.
Although the yard is very small the back gate opens onto a communal square where neighbours grow veg and you can sit in the sun with a tea or a beer.

There are no bills for you to pay. This price includes TV licence, council tax, electric, an excellent Zen fibre broadband package, gas and water.

PAPERWORK
This is a friendly shared house so please be prepared to provide some sort of reference or details and as much information about you as possible.
The other tenants will make you welcome and you should feel safe and happy living here during your stay.

This is a welcoming but very quiet house so if you are at a stage in your life when you want to party and go wild ........that is great......... but this is not the house for you.

You will be jointly responsible for looking after the property but all have separate contacts.

PARKING
There are 7 permit-free parking spaces at the back of the house. These spaces are shared with the neighbouring houses on a first come first served basis.
There is parking at the front of the house on the street but it is within the permit zone and you have to get a parking permit from the city council to park at the front. This is currently £30 per year
There is a very long block of permit free parking at the side of the street 5 houses away but there are not always places available at certain times of day
