The room is large with a double bed & 2 fitted wardrobes. The house is friendly & quiet. Currently we have 2 male & 1 female house mates. 1 Website designer, a Cafe owner & a printing assistant.
Rent includes all bills, wifi & a cleaner once per week.
The rooms would suit young professionals but students considered. no DSS. No smokers. No pets.
