House equipped with free fast broadband service and Virgin TV package, washing machine, gas cooker/oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, large comfortable sofas (including sofa bed for guests), flatscreen TV, secure bike shed, and very large garden with potential area for a vegetable plot at the bottom of the garden which tenants are welcome to use. Bills (gas, electric & water) are divided between tenants (around £50 per month). Small friendly dog lives in the property (sleeps in owners room).
