It's a tidy, fun and very friendly house with lots of space and modern amenities. The existing housemates are a mix of professionals and students which makes for a very interesting place to live.

This house would really suit a mature student or young professional. It's in a great location - close to town, university and Mount Gould Hospital. Tothill Park is across the road.

There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower the other with just a shower, a shared kitchen and a large shared lounge. All the rooms are furnished with good quality beds, desks and wardrobes. All the furniture was new a few years ago and the outside of the house has just been decorated at the end of last year. The inside has just been professionally cleaned.

The price includes all bills, high speed fibre-optic broadband, large new plasma TV and a basic TV package, but if you want more then we can come to some arrangement.

The house was completely refurbished a few years ago and had new carpets throughout, new double glazing and new furniture including two beautiful leather sofas. There are two large fridges, a separate freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher in the kitchen. A new washing machine is included and there is a moderate back yard which is ideal for barbeques with a shed for bikes, etc.

This is at the end of a row so there are windows on three sides. It's a lovely light house with gas central heating and hot water. All bills are included.
