We have one room available for rent in our 4 bedroom house. The house is decorated to a very high standard, our plan was to have the best shared house in Plymouth and we went a little overboard...

Large lounge with 50" TV & SKY HD pack and broadband
Cinema room with 80" Projector TV
Large combined Kitchen/Dining room with a full size Fridge freezer for each tenant
Downstairs toilet / shower room

First floor:
3 x double bedrooms (one with balcony)
Upstairs toilet / bath / shower room
Spiral staircase to Loft Suite

Rear of Property:
French doors from cinema and door from dining room leading to paved patio.
Steps leading to roof terrace, decked balcony, hot tub, BBQ and bar area.

Believe it or not, during the week this is a very quiet house. Every two or three weeks we usually have a Saturday night party with a free bar, but the soundproofing is amazing.

We're looking for a Student or young professional to replace our current tenant who is moving away at the end of the month, preferably female with a fun personality; we have very few rules, all we ask is that you have fun and don't trash the place!
