It is suitable for professional people, mature students or post-grad students who want to work quietly. There are currently 6 double rooms available in the house. THE HOUSE IS VERY ECONOMICAL. ALL BILLS INCLUDING TV AND INTERNET ACCESS ARE INCLUDED. There is plenty of additional storage area in the house. There is a garden and a large communal downstairs area, so there is enough space to keep a bike or sports equipment. Because the kitchen/dining room/living room is on a separate floor from the bedrooms people are able to eat and watch TV etc without disturbing people working in their rooms. I am a local landlady and I live near to the property so I am able to deal with any issues as they arise. The house is homely, spacious and clean.
