Hi, we are a professional and friendly couple who would like to let a room to another couple, this is so that we can offer you a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and also your OWN LOUNGE, AND SEPARATE bathroom (shower, toilet, basin).
Its a three storey house so the top floor can be used for yourselves, with shared kitchen facilities. Rooms are furnished but will consider unfurnished.
Price inc bills.
We have a Virgin connection, so Virgin tv and broadband can be included if you're happy to contribute to any extra costs.
We have no children.
We are smokers, though only smoke outside or in the garage, and also have a 6 month old puppy.
The whole house is newly renovated and we are clean and tidy people so would appreciate respectful professionals.
