It has a huge walk in closet with lots of shelves, hooks and equivalent hanging space of x3 wardrobes to keep the room spacious and un-cluttered. It is currently furnished. Plenty of electric sockets and room a desk.

The accommodation is very high quality throughout. It has a great feeling of home and luxury. It is a semi - detached house on a main road so there is plenty of street parking. It has a well appointed kitchen with plenty of facilities, communal breakfast and lounge area, with 32" flat screen TV, laundry cupboard with separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

As housemates we are all professionals working daytime hours, similar ages and very friendly. Noise levels are probably best suited to similar work patterns unless you are a heavy sleeper with ear plugs.
