The house is located in a quiet street with plenty of on road parking and is only a 15 minute bus ride into the city centre with buses every 10 minutes, it is also only a short walk from HMS Drake.
Rent of £400pcm includes all bills including sky tv and broadband and I would be looking for at least a 2 month contract although this would be renewable beyond this.
No DSS or pets, smokers will be accepted as long as they are happy to smoke in the garden.
Rent for couples is £500 PCM.
