The property is located on Lisson Grove, which is a 2 minute walk to Mutley Plain. On Mutley you will find a number of local shops and great bus services to the City Centre and Derriford, making it very easy to get around the city if you do not have your own car.

The room was recently decorated before the last tenant moved in and has nice new clean feel to the room. The room benefits from Modern Ikea furniture.

The house itself, has a shared lounge, modern kitchen will all mod cons, a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor.

The current housemate are all male aged between 20 and 35, with the majority of them working full time.

All bills are included and this includes super fast broadband. This makes it easy to manage your monthly budget.

We have several options to get you moved into the property. The traditional way, One months rent and one months deposit, plus a tenancy application fee of £50, so a total of £770 required to move.

If you can provide a satisfactory guarantor then no deposit is required. However a Guarantor fee of £90 to cover the cost of referencing the Guarantor and drawing up the Guarantor agreement. The first months rent and the tenancy application fee of £50 is also payable, making a total of £500 required to move in on this option.

The last option requires no deposit or no tenancy application fees, you just pay an extra £30 a month on your rent to cover the cost of deposit protection insurance. The total payable on move in would be £390 and your monthly rent would be £390 a month.

Please note a holding deposit of one weeks rent plus an fees would be required on application.
