The studio flat includes a kitchen (including washing machine) and a bathroom. It also has two wardrobes, a bed and tables. It is located at central parks towers next to the train station and the university meaning it is also near the town centre so it is in a great location. The room is for one person and there is a deposit that has to be made to the landlord before moving in, which is £400+£70 for security measures. Although you can get it back by the end of your contract or stay. The room is available on the first of April so contact me as soon as possible if you need the room.
