Is there any students in Plymouth still looking for a student house for September? If so, there is a room available for you!

One room available at 116 North Road East, the house is a student house with six bedrooms. There is also a student house owned by the same landlord next door, which is another six bedroom house. The two houses are taken up by second year students of Plymouth College of Art and Plymouth University. They're all very friendly and easy to get on with.

The room is £95 a week with all bills included and some of the rooms have un-suite bathrooms. Unfortunately the room available is one of the rooms which doesn't have an un-suite bathroom but there is a communal bathroom very close to the room.

The house also has a good sized kitchen and lounge, with a 52" TV mounted on the wall, which is included with the house.

The landlord is in the process of refurbishing the house so the house will be in the best of condition ready for September.

Being located on North Road East, the house is minutes away from the train station and not a far walk from University, Plymouth College of Art, the shopping centre (Drakes Circus), and the city centre.
