Single room until September
The flat is in St. Jude's and is the ground floor of an Edwardian house. It is nicely decorated with new (John Lewis) furniture. There’s a large sitting room with two sofas, TV and a real fire (plus central heating in all rooms) a modern kitchen with fridge and washing machine and a modern bathroom that has a bath with electric shower over. The current occupant is neat and tidy and would like a clean, tidy housemate. Outside there is a secure patio area with chairs to sit out and plenty of room for bikes etc.
The room has a new bed, new mattress and two large storage drawers under. Inset lights and shelving above the bed and large corner desk (again with lights and shelf above) with new office chair. The room is small so there is a large built-in wardrobe with hanging and shelf space just outside the door for exclusive use of lodger. The room has been newly decorated.
