Seeking a professional housemate to join a group of three junior doctors in beautiful, modern, fully-furnished property placed in a peaceful residential area with on street parking, less than 15mins walk to Mutley, with great access to the A38.

The property spans over three floors and comprises of:
Large lounge with dining area
Large modern fitted kitchen with built in appliances and ceramic tiled floor
Downstairs cloakroom
4 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite shower rooms and 1 single room.
An additional study room
Family bathroom with a built in TV.
An enclosed rear garden with an attached garage and a private driveway.

We are a sociable group of friends who work together at Derriford hospital. We all work hard during the week and sometimes during the weekends. However, during our down time we enjoy socialising as a house, cooking together and going out for drinks.
