Room available - 5 Mins Center - I'll Pay 1st Mont

The house is a student house but the room is available to non students though they will be required to pay council tax.

The contract for the house is 11 months long, starting September 1st, I am willing to pay for the month of September meaning you will only be required to pay for 10.

1 Room available for student house. House mates are friendly. Large Room with double bed.

The house is situated in Mutley and is a very short walk to both the University and the City Centre (roughly 5-10 mins).
The house itself comprises of 4 bedrooms in total and has a lovely large open plan kitchen / lounge, two bathrooms
. The room that is available is Room TF. It is the largest one of the two larger rooms in the house.

The rent per month is £391. 12 which is not bad at all when compared to the university halls as they are roughly £110-120 a week. Gas and electricity however do have to be paid but between the 4 it is only around £5 a week each.

I am looking for someone to replace me as I am now in full time employment and will not be carrying on at university.
