One room left in stylish house . Great housemates

One beautiful room available now. The house is stylish and comfortable having been fully refurbished summer 2015. The rooms are large, light and airy and come fully furnished. There are large wardrobes, chest of drawers, desks, office chairs, desk and table lamps, wooden privacy blinds, full length mirrors and plenty of storage in each of the rooms. There are 2 bathrooms (one newly completed as of Oct 2016), both with showers and one with a bath. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes an American style fridge freezer plus all equipment including eg crockery, utensils etc. There is a lounge/ dining room with sofas, easy chairs, large flat screen TV and a full dining table. There are extra thoughtful touches like large canvasses on the walls, plenty of coat hooks , towel rails, airers, an iron and ironing board, waste bins, book shelves and plug sockets galore. There is a secure and private courtyard garden/ patio area complete with furniture, a bbq, shed as well as a covered area to store bikes etc. There is on street parking which is residents only ( at a charge of £30 per year).The house is a 10 min walk from the uni/ city with the bus stop being 1 min walk. The street is quiet and friendly with a useful corner shop really close by. The house has a seaside feel and everything is included( gas , electricity, water rates, TV licence and WIFI). We have one lovely room available . It's a great place with brilliant outdoor space both open and covered. The house is stylishly decorated and furnished and includes everything.
We have a mix of older students and young professionals.
All easy going and friendly.
