I have a furnished double room (choice of a large, or smaller attic room) to sub-let in a small but nice flat in West Hoe, Plymouth, very close to the seafront. I'm looking for a professional female who works in Plymouth during the week, but will be away at weekends (might suit someone working at Derriford Hospital).
I work at Plymouth University and have my own friends in Plymouth. I go out occasionally during the week, but I like a quiet, fairly tidy flat. I'm pretty easy-going and sociable, but also like my own space.
The room's available for 3-6 months, possibly longer.
