There is one remaining room available in a six bedroomed student house, it is a five minute walk from the uni and all bills are included with the rent (rent may be negotiable).
The house is fully furnished with two bathrooms, a large living area and a modern kitchen.
I am not available to take this room as I am delaying my final year at university due to personal reasons. Viewings can be arranged and I have photos available of the whole house and bedroom for rent.
