I am looking for a lodger to fill a spare double room within a quiet family house. Both of my children are at university so aren't home during term time.
The house is a 3 bedroom semi-detached and the available room is spacious with lots of storage. You would be using the shared family bathroom, kitchen and washer/dryer.
I have a small dog already and would consider having one or two more in the house.
I am looking for a lodger who is quiet and independent. I believe the house would suit a mature student or professional.
