Hi I'm a mature student at Plymouth Uni in my 4th year looking for a student lodger. I'm offering a negotiable contract duration: for how long you need it for as most courses end in May/June.

The house is a large terrace located at the Pennycomequick end of Alma Road opposite Central Park and just over 5 minutes walk to main campus, near the train station and ten minutes walk from town centre.

All Bills are included.
£200 deposit per room.

Free on street parking and Off Road Parking available.

Shared living room and large sitting room, HDTV, Fibre broadband up to 100MB.

Kitchen with 2 Fridges and separate Freezer, Gas Hob, Washing Machine and Dryer. Kettle, Toaster, Cutlery, crockery and cookware provided.

3 toilets, bathroom and separate shower room; both with electric showers.

Rooms available: approximate dimensions

Bedroom 1: 5.5m x 4m
Bedroom 3: 4.5m x 3.5m.

Room comes furnished with double bed and mattress, chair, desk, lamp, wardrobe and cupboards.

Requirements: full-time student and non-smoker.

Would be happy with couples an extra £50 per week. Also one professional welcome at an additional £25 a week.
