I have a spare double room becoming available in Discovery Wharf in early October, positioned right on Sutton Harbour, within easy walking distance to the Barbican and city centre. The room has its own private bathroom with shower. The living room/kitchen area is fronted by a large patio, with a spacious balcony overlooking the marina.

There is also secured access to the shared facilities of the property - including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym.

There is a utility room featuring a washing machine and dryer and the property is fully furnished. There is also high speed fibre optic broadband installed (wireless), included in the bills.

I am a friendly and considerate housemate, and ideally looking for someone in a similar stage of life - such as a professional or mature student. I work rather long hours these days and while I'm certainly sociable, it would be great to come back to a relaxed environment - you'll see what I mean when you see the place :)
